After a very long journey, I arrived at Entebbe airport to be greeted by Edwin, Isaac and David with the most beautiful bouquet of roses I have ever seen. We drove north to Jinja where I was taken to Jaaja Barb's Home of Angels for the first time and I have to tell all of you.....I was really surprised. I was not prepared to see what I saw. So many men working so hard to make this dream come true. So many young kids helping without asking for anything, watering the flowers on their own, bringing things to the men when needed.
Since I arrived in Jinja, we have had very little power...We are racing the clock here but wanted to show you some of what is being done before we go out again. Bear with us....We have lots to show you.
Meet Mutesi, Nathan and Alex....This picture was requested to be sent to Olivia and Silas, the two kids in Abbotsford who worked so hard to make Nathan and Alex a photo album. They were so happy to have two new friends and gifts. I don't have time to switch these pictures around, but for Silas and Olivia, a big thanks to you and for loving your new friends and Dolly for buying an outfit for Nathan. He loved it and is very grateful.
This picture should have been before as this is how we found Mutesi, Nathan and Alex. I apologize for the hurry but we have little time to show you everything as our battery is diminishing quickly.
So great to see this post! So happy that you arrived safe and sound! So excited to see what's going on! Keep on!!!
