If it wasn't for Go Go Beans, we would never have gotten as far as we have. They started selling our banana bread before anyone and have promoted it for the past year. Thank you so much to Martha and Pauline for displaying our story and telling so many people about our Home of Angels...
Jayme also had the opportunity to sell her friendship bracelets at this function. Thanks also to Jayme and Olivia for working so hard to create our display.
A big "thanks" to Marilyn for making croceted teddy/dolls, complete with a Canadian pin on each scarf. I am so excited to bring a little piece of Canada to the children who will be living in our home.
Maria, Maria....I am now 10 lbs heavier but enjoyed every chocolate macaroon you baked for me...They were delicious. You are so special to have made 95 dozen of these cookies to raise money for our Jaaja Barb's Home of Angels. Thanks so much.
Teenagers at W.J. Mouat Secondary School quietly having a fundraiser without saying anything, only to deliver the cheque after months of hard work. Edwin and I are very grateful for your huge hearts and we want you all to remember how special each and every one of you are to us. Your efforts are so appreciated.
Without the support of Save On Foods and their donations of the bananas our fundraising would not be the success that it has been. A special thanks to Mark and his staff.
What would we do without our "Banana Bread Headquarters"? A special thanks to Sheila and Debbie for all their extra work in controlling the orders. I am amazed at the amount of bread that is sold at this store with these two women asking nothing in return. Love you guys....
I leave for Uganda in two days and very excited to be able to spend a month there with Edwin, watching the men build the second home that you all helped to raise money for. We thank you so much for all your efforts and love to make 32 little angels have a home.
